Abstract

When Sala Preta celebrates 25 years of its creation, as one of the editors who participated in it and co-edited 20 of its issues, Luiz Fernando Ramos narrates in a very personal tone all the circumstances and main facts of the journal’s history. He writes on his behalf and calls on all other researchers, professors and artists who have also edited some of those issues to write their own narratives. In some way, the author clarifies how his own formative process as a professor and a researcher accompanied and was important in the process of consolidation of Sala Preta.
