Abstract

This study aims to analyze the most important aspects of the human reproductive cloning, from the view point of the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988. To achieve the purposed aim, the research and analysis of the recent legal and constitutional aspects which can be related to human reproductive cloning has been performed.
