The eminent question of this work is intertextuality. Fassbinder’s films, plays and writings are considered according to Andre Bazin s essay “Théâtre et Cinéma” in Qu 'est-ce que te Cinéma? Bazin, as a critic, and Fassbinder, as filmmaker and playwright, are both emblematic in the context of the new cinemas, specially Nouvelle Vague and New German Cinema.Downloads
