Studies were done to evaluation al 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 30 and 60 days after surgery by means of clinical and histopathological parameters. The results showed that the gel-adhesive mixture in the formulation of the concentrations presented, caused a great inflammatory reaction and it was inefficient in the cicatricial process.
