Foram revisados artigos nas bases de dados do MedLine (PubMed) e outras fontes de pesquisa, sem limite de tempo. A estratégia de busca utilizada baseou-se em perguntas estruturadas na forma P.I.C.O. (das iniciais "Paciente", "Intervençao", "Controle", "Outcome").
