The residual effects of phosphate fertilizers are studied by means of radioactive phosphorus and the Neubauer and A. niger methods. The highest residual effect was observed for Olinda rockphosphate, the least soluble of those studied. Superphosphate and Fertifos, a pricipitated phosphate, were similar in their residual effects. The laboratory results agree with those obtained under field conditions.Downloads
