Résumé

Le travail présenté ici propose de problématiser et dévoile les mouvements analytiques-historiographiques qui accompagnent les disputes narratives auteur des différentes images de l'empereur zoulou le plus connu, Shaka kaSenzangakhona. On sait que les discours sur l'empire zoulou et l'héritage de Shaka, initialement, ont émergé des récits de voyageurs et d'administrateurs coloniaux, plus tard, utilisés par des historiens exogènes et blancs qui, dans leurss centrales, ont interprété la figure de Shaka comme un despote. irrationnel et sanguinaire. , d'autre part, le texte problématique également les perceptions contemporaines de la figure de Shaka, récupérant le récit de la fazon dont les historiens, les mouvements sociaux et les intellectuels politiques en Afrique du Sud Cependant ont commencé à consacrer à la « question indigène », déconstruisant et reconstructisant les récits. de l'histoire de l'empire zulu.
