A cross immunization exists between the samples of virus isolated by us from eases of jungle yellow fever. There also exists a cross immunization between these samples of virus and the neurotropical virus of classical yellow fever.
Cross neutralization tests were also positive between the samples of virus isolated from eases of jungle yellow fever. There is cross neutralization between the viruses isolated from cases of jungle fever and the neurotropical virus of classical yellow fever. Therefore, the virus isolated from cases of jungle, yellow fever during the 1936-1937 epidemie in the State of São Paulo and the classical yellow fever virus are immunologically identical.
