Abstract

Inside the autobiographical and memoirist discourse of La Arboleda Perdida. Books I and II, corresponding to the stage of American exile, develop Rafael Alberti's visions of culture. The connections and displacements between the popular, the cultured and the mass culture (Chauí, Blanco, Williams, Martín-Barbero) demonstrate a truly democratic and modern reflection of the author, consistent with the auto-figuration (Heinich, Premat) of the writer.

Estágio de pesquisa Pós-Doutoral na Universidade Autônoma de Barcelona (2009). Membro efetivo da Pós-Graduação em Letras Neolatinas da UFRJ. Foi presidenta da Associação Brasileira de Hispanistas.
