Disposições morais e a fundamentação da moralidade a partir da perspectiva contratualista

O objetivo deste artigo é elucidar o conceito de disposições morais a partir de uma perspectiva contratualista. Tenho especialmente
em vista o tipo de teoria moral defendida por David Gauthier. Minha intenção é mostrar que a tese segundo a qual, por interesse próprio, seria racional para um indivíduo “escolher” se tornar uma pessoa movida por um senso de justiça deve ser compreendida em termos da racionalidade de uma escolha pela criação e pelo fomento às instituições que estão na origem da formação de nossas disposições morais.
