Veracity and publicity in Hannah Arendt

The article explains the change introduced in the political comunication by totalitarian regimes and its repercussions nowadays. To achieve this end, we will consider the following texts by Hannah Arendt: "Totalitarian Propaganda", in the third part of the Origins of Totalitarianism; the chapter "Truth and Politics" from the work Between Past and the Future and the chapter "Lying in Politics - Reflections on the Pentagon Paper" from the book Crisis of the Republic.
