This paper aims to explain Silvia Federici’s concept of freedom. It will be shown that this notion, for the author, means the construction of struggles against capitalist mode of production, understood as a system which produces and reproduces many forms of oppression such as class, race and gender ones, in order to make profit. In this sense, it is necessary to explain primitive capital accumulation as a constituent of ancient and current exploitations to show various anti-capitalist struggles which have being formed.
