Poder e liberdade: a política em Espinosa
Keywords:
Spinosa, Politcs, conatus, Natural Right, Civil RightAbstract
Our target is to demonstrate that the foundations of Spinosa's politics are situated in his ontology and, specialy, in his conception of human being as singular essence wich is an imanent effectora partofthe absolute infinity potency of the substance. The singular human potency is called conatus from wich Spino- sa deduces the natural right and the civil right. We are also trying to demonstrate that the ontology determines how Spinosa conceives the political subject - the multitudo - his power and his liberty, considering that democracy is the most natural of ali regimes.
