In this paper, I analysis the way in which the contemporary Homo sacer presents us itself in face a dual structure: the abandonment and band. This hybrid concept has your heart in the inclusion of some individuals in some State, and presents in face of a necessary analogy between the belonging and the exclusion. From the perspective that is offered by different thinkers, particularly Giorgio Agamben, my analysis aims to discuss the close and forced paradoxical relationship is now the Homo sacer; its indiscernible status which leads to a ‘indeterminacy zone’ of or 'anomic zone' in face of a State of Exception.Downloads
