State crisis, disappearance of the borders, cultural homogeneity...are some of the nitrous that have been converted into dead metaphors, "naturally" assumed by part of the scientific speech. This study intends precisely to discuss the announced death of state and its maximum shape, the borders. In order to reach it the study proposes a global reflection that takes as fundamental reference the Latin-American case to get closer to the meaning of political borders next to the people living at the territorial limits of the state.Downloads
