Based on an ethnographic study worked out in the Evangelical Community Sara Nossa Terra - Rua Augusta, located in São Paulo, the aim of this article is to reflect anthropologically on the social evangelical (Christian) socialization. The biblical metaphor of the shepherd and his sheep is the starting point for thinking about the dynamics of the work of evangelical pastors in the present. The G12 vision, developed by Sara Nossa Terra, leads pastors and sheep to experience three conditions: to be pastor, to be sheep, to be pastor of himself.Downloads
