Abstract

Amid the absence of the State in the solution of social individual, the feminine nets of solidarity emerge, showing that the political life surpasses the limits of the formal politics. Mobilizing local institutions of they oun districts, the women act in the solidarity nets in a very adequated way, performing not political roads of tis local reality. They emerge as individual capable to create again sociability liaisons and solicarity, intertwining public and private space as feminine. The historical sources, and life histories served as base for the women´s image ransom as active individual, possessors of conquered powers, exercised by means of the daily experience.
