REFLEXÕES SOBRE RELAÇÕES DE GÊNERO, FAMíLIA E TRABALHO DA MULHER: DESIGUALDADES, AVANÇOS E IMPASSES

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the gender relations as a component of the social relationship based on the differences between the sexes, while a relative category which defines the identities represente by the mand and women. In this sense, it is in the family that the countless behaviors characterized as feminine and masculine will be set up, from which comes the importance of the intra-family relationships analysis bounded by a gender perspective. In which case, we will discuss in the first section the peculiarities that uses to influence the social relationships of genders, focusing on a antiessencialist purpose, which allows us to think gender as an analytic and relacional category. Thereafter, we will make a brief exhibition of the gender prevalence in the intra-family relationships dynamics as an impressive and lawmaking element of the prevailing relationships between men and women. Finally, we will discuss the meaning of the woman´s entrance in the labor market, under an intra-family perspective, as well as the marxist feminist theory approaches, including the female emancipation and social conquests processes themselves.
