Abstract

The publishing proposal of the magazine is presented along with its statements on the communication/education field. It is highlighted the fact that the publishing will provide the readers with on instrument for a better comprehension of the means of communication on world ""editing"". Basic knowledgements dealed in class, as they contribute on a critic receptor formation, allowing one to exercise one's citizenship.
