The text deals with the issue of the hegemony of the verbal discourse modality in the teaching process and deals with the need to use the means of mass communication and the new technologies in school, a mechanism through which the knowledgements and the skills provided by them can be socialized, since they insert themselves in the concept of the right to citizenship.
