The article deals with the proposal to use the video as an informative complement in museums for specialized collections. In MAV's case, veterinary anatomical pieces. In the absence of the operational body that may respond to visitor questions, questionnaires were set up to map visitor expectations and, as a result of these, the informative content used in the video aims at supplying, at least in part, answers to a few of these questions.
