Mário Lago, actor and theatre, radio and television author, poet and writer, author of Brazilian pop music lyrics such as: Nada além, Amélia, Atire a primeira pedra, opens himself up in na interview to Comunicação & Educação, on his musical background, and on his trajectory as a theater, radio, television and cinema artist. He talks about his experience in the Teatro de Revista (Magazine theatre), comments on the cultural life Rio de Janeiro in the 1930’s and in the 1940’s, on his political options and on the dictatorship periods, on the importance of the different theatre movements in Brasil, on his relationships with his bohemian friends and on his recent works as na actor and writer.
