Communication as a way to social inclusion in museums

This article introduces an analysis on the potencial of communication in museums for social inclusion actions, departing from a Communication Management project. It outlines possibilities of stablishing a dialogic communication between the Museu da Energia de São Paulo and groups of its surroundings. The research developed for the project based the proposal of strategies to take that as a communicative and mediation space by the various groups and social entities of the surroundings.Downloads
