Abstract

This issue’s activities are organized in three themes: ecological communicaton in the struggle for environment preservation, with special attention to water as as a limited social good; the
act of reading, its influence in the social  wareness and the reader’s daily culture; and the connections of Communicaton with
Education and the everlasting challenge of ICTs, for the intersection of mediatic cultures and new ways for the subjects to
be in the world.
