Appeared in the middle of 1990, the street papers constitute a new tendency in the social communication, able to promote the interaction and exchanges between the actors involved in the process of its preparation. Even knowing about the efficiency of this newspapers there are not actions, or government resources turned to the incitement of these practice.Downloads
