In this unpublished article, Franklin Leopoldo e Silva develops the meanings of memory in the production of identity, highlighting the significant relationships between the present and the past and the future in the construction of history. From this point, the author emphasizes the role of institutions in this process – a process of power, in which there is, in fact, the institutionalization of power – and, among them, the university institution in particular.Downloads
