A importância das dinâmicas da racionalidade e da sensibilidade popular para o Islã Político

A dimensão sonora no Islã permeia funções educativas e identitárias, ligadas intrinsecamente à formação e transmissão do conhecimento, da memória e da história. Este trabalho utiliza a análise arqueológica do discurso, em diálogo com as teorias da Antropologia do Islã e das emoções, para analisar os escritos de Hassan al-Banna, fundador da Irmandade Muçulmana, movimento social egípcio. O objetivo é evidenciar a importância do elemento oral no pensamento de Banna como meio de engajamento e releitura das tradições religiosas, considerando o potencial da oralidade para a articulação de sensibilidades, modos de expressão e formas de construção e transmissão do conhecimento. O trabalho evidencia como a sensibilidade popular, presente nas narrativas públicas sobre o passado islâmico, constituiu uma dinâmica essencial para o discurso inicial do movimento, deslocando-o da descrição usual como simples opositor da “modernidade ocidental” ou como fruto do “conservadorismo religioso”.
