Abstract

This article aims to briefly address the theme of the transforma-tion of the form, particularly that of the political body, through a political reading of Scholium 39 from Part IV of the Ethics, which is dedicated to the death of the individual body. In order to explore the theme of the transfor-mation of form and the aspects related to bodily death and its dialogue with the institution of the political sphere, the analysis will be done through the works of Lorenzo Vinciguerra and François Zourabichvili.
