Abstract

The contemplated research aims to integrate speech analysis and semiotic theory. Thus, we will perform an internal analysis of the content and expression plan of the text in tandem with an external analysis, which will place the text in a socio-historical context. We will search for common features (‘intersections’) between different speech systems by comparing the plans of expression and results of internal and external analysis.
