The significant and the real on Psychosis: conceptual tools to therapeutic accompaniment

Abstract

This article aims to present reflections about therapeutic accompaniment with psychotic patients. The start point is to perceive and to accept that the therapeutic accompaniment clinic is depended of a network view of different professionals that take part on this practical. This manner will orient the therapeutic intervention project execution on an institution or on a private clinic. Lately will be presented two clinical fragments and correlated with two moments of lacanian theory of psychosis: the notion of the real articulated with the significant and the notion of the real articulated with the borromean ring theory. At the end will be present the question that motivates this elaboration's execution, more specifically the notion of symptom as a clinical and theoretical orientation to therapeutic accompaniment practices.
