Economía Cultural y Creativa: una perspectiva histórica para comprender la formación del campo en la contemporaneidad

En el contexto europeo, con el objetivo de identificar y reconocer las dinámicas, influencias y tendencias que configuraron el Campo de la Economía Cultural y Creativa en la contemporaneidad, propongo aquí presentar una contextualización histórica de los procesos evolutivos de las políticas culturales internacionales, principalmente en el contexto europeo. Busqué demostrar en esta contextualización las transformaciones de las proposiciones de políticas culturales a lo largo de casi 60 años para comprender la posición de los agentes y el modo como la convergencia entre Cultura, Creatividad e Innovación determinó las aproximaciones de las dimensiones políticas y económicas con la cultura, así como comprender el papel de la academia en la construcción del debate y la legitimación del Campo como un importante elemento para el desarrollo local.
