Gestión de los Stakeholders en Proyectos BIM en la Industria de la Construcción: Factores Determinantes a Considerar

Resumen

La aplicación del enfoque BIM en proyectos de ingeniería de construcción ha requerido la participación activa de los interesados para optimizar la gestión de proyectos. Este artículo tuvo como objetivo analizar los factores determinantes para la gestión de interesados en proyectos que utilizan BIM en la industria de la construcción. La investigación utilizó bibliometría seguida de análisis de contenido para examinar 124 documentos publicados entre 2010 y 2020 en 56 fuentes diferentes. Se identificaron siete factores y 32 elementos clave para la gestión de interesados, incluyendo el descubrimiento de 26 tipos de interesados frecuentemente descuidados. Los resultados indican que los factores determinantes están relacionados con las aplicaciones BIM, combinaciones tecnológicas, estructuración, barreras y limitaciones, cuestiones de sostenibilidad, así como beneficios y desafíos, e influencias tecnológicas en el contexto BIM. Además, se examinaron los roles de los interesados dentro de estos factores. Uno de los principales hallazgos de la investigación fue la negligencia en la correcta identificación de los interesados en los proyectos BIM.
