Cartografia digital de percepção de usuários baseada em dados de redes sociais como recurso para o projeto urbano

Resumo

Esta pesquisa se insere no campo de estudos que buscam utilizar dados de redes sociais e plataformas colaborativas para a compreensão e ação sobre os fenômenos urbanos. Busca-se entender de que maneira a visualização destes dados em mapas de percepção dos usuários pode ser aplicada como ferramenta de projeto. O objetivo é avaliar as possibilidades da cartografia digital de percepção de usuários gerada por meio de dados de redes sociais como recurso de projeto por meio de avaliação de projetistas. Por meio de uma metodologia baseada em Design Science Research, adotam-se os seguintes procedimentos: Construção do problema junto a um grupo focal de experts projetistas de um órgão público local; Coleta e filtragem de dados do Google Maps e Instagram; Análise de sentimento com Amazon Comprehend; Produção de mapas de calor com Mapbox e mapa interativo com o Google Earth; e Avaliação do artefato pelo grupo focal de experts. Após filtragem, foram utilizados os textos e imagens de 77 postagens, das quais 54 foram classificadas como positivas, 16 como neutras, 5 como mistas e 2 como negativas. A avaliação dos experts apontou para o potencial de auxílio da ferramenta nas seguintes etapas de projeto: recebimento de demanda de projeto; entrevistas e questionários; avaliação da satisfação do usuário.
