Abstract

The real estate industry involves market analysts, investors, designers, construction companies and contractors, with the common objective of achieving the consumer market wills. Thus, it is required to study tools and techniques to enhance the development of this product, which as it appears in literature, it is a product with unique features and liable for flaws in its implementation. This article refers to case studies which presents results of building design harmonization in 2D and 3D, and the integrated development of building design tasks as a simultaneous engineering approach. Keywords: Building Design Harmonization, Simultaneous Engineering, IT.
