A relação entre a antropologia e as novas tecnologias de produção audiovisual tem frequentemente estimulado modos recíprocos de criação, resultando em práticas inovadoras de construção do conhecimento antropológico, mas também levantando questões urgentes em relação à ética na pesquisa. Entendemos dessa forma, que todo dispositivo audiovisual traz consigo um epistemologia informada pela prática etnográfica e nos interessa justamente enfrentar esse debate.
