Abstract

This research aims to analyze the design process of the interfaces of the digital environments of the Center for Metropolitan Studies from a critical perspective that prioritizes user experience and the institutional identity of the Center as a reference in urban studies. The centrality of the user and other stakeholders in the process is highlighted in order to develop guidelines that result not only in an efficient interface, but also contribute to the democratization of knowledge and civic education.
