Abstract

Starting with a brief report about the history of the theatre group Folias d'Arte, this article presents a reading of the text and of the performance of Babilônia, in which are emphasised its most significant figures, like Courage, Keuner, Galileu and Silvério, and the corrosive analysis of the role played by the world of entertainment in the ongoing civil war of present times.
