Abstract

The Modern Art Week of 1922 did not produce a single dramatic play, but in that year at least two activists published modernist play in magazines such as Klaxon and Estética. The paper presents the modernist plays Antinous, by Sérgio Buarque de Holanda, and Moral quotidiana, by Mário de Andrade.
