Abstract

This paper presents a brief digression on modern political theatre
and political theatre in the United States. The introduction is
followed by a description of Bread and Puppet Theater’s 2011

military gunning down of civilians in Iraq published by WikiLeaks
and the case of Pfc. Bradley Manning, accused of having passed
