Abstract

This essay is an attempt at interpreting the mode of apprehension of the world and construction of language in Clarice Lispector, what might be called a vocation for ha abyss, seen in its articulation of the gaze, identities, unrestraint, strangeness, chiasmus, mirrors and representation.
