Abstract

The article presents de process of creation of a piece of art as organization of information or process of cognition. Trying to understand the complexity of this path, the discussion starts from the artistic perception as a form of unique representation of the world, going through the comprehesion of the artistic matter and the necessity of research. It also analyzes the continuous attempt of comprehension of the piece of art and the artist’s self-comprehension.
