In this interview, the Brazilian artist Rodrigo Branco reveals the importance of the archives in his poetic project and talks about the relationships established between the subject who creates and the materiality of supports, tools and platforms. Branco creates an affective sense – based on affections whilst producer of these – in the contact with dynamic archives endowed with a mnemic importance that goes beyond physicality, transforming them into immaterial documents as well as calls for production.
