This part of the journal consists of testimonies from the Program in Brazilian Literature of University of São Paulo professors and graduated students, continuing with the celebrations for its 50th anniversary. The personal stories show how the authors have made their path through academic life within the program. It will provide us with emotional insights about the program history. These contributions that the reader will find in the next pages are from: Acauam Oliveira, graduated student and professor at University of Pernambuco; Caio Cesar Esteves de Souza, graduated student and currently PhD student at Harvard University; Ligia Rivello Baranda Kimori, graduated student and independent researcher; João Roberto Gomes de Faria, professor; Noemi Jaffe, graduated student and novelist; e Yudith Rosenbaum, professor.
