Abstract

Fábio Moon, one of the comic strippers who has adapted
novels like "The Alienist" (by brazilian writer Machado de Assis) to graphic novel, discusses subjects such as the relationship between classic literature and comics, their technical and aesthetic correspondence in the process of adaptation, and the ways in which particular kinds of criticism are applied to the analysis of
this kind of art.
