Da exceção à infraestrutura: a crise organizacional como condição permanente na sociedade de plataformas

Este artigo investiga a reconfiguração da crise organizacional nas sociedades de plataformas, argumentando que ela transita de um evento excepcional para uma condição estrutural permanente da comunicação. A partir de uma abordagem metodológica qualitativa, crítica e documental, que analisa casos emblemáticos como os Facebook Papers e marcos regulatórios, o estudo demonstra que a mediação algorítmica opaca, a lógica do engajamento e a circulação recursiva deslocam a governança da crise do plano estratégico-organizacional para o infraestrutural. Os principais resultados revelam os limites dos modelos clássicos de comunicação de crise, centrados no controle discursivo e na recuperação reputacional, e evidenciam a crise como fenômeno sociotécnico produzido e amplificado pelas próprias arquiteturas das plataformas digitais.
