Abstract

The central question of this paper is to reflect upon the organizations conceited as an imaginary, symbolic and cultural system, place where collective and individual desires, conscious and unconscious projects are inter-related. This study shows the two principal imaginary dimensions – pretender and motor – and the possibilities of analysis of the organizational culture by taking into account the mythic, social-historical, institutional, organizational, group, pulse and individual instances that are well discussed by the French researcher Eugène Enriquez.
