Interculturalism as methodological guidance and analyses in organizational communication

The complexity of the organizational environment increases due to economic, social and cultural transformations. This is driven by the advances of globalization and internationalization, apart from technological developments. In this scenario, the interculturalism emphasizes the need of efficient methods of organizational communication in order to print more effectiveness in their strategies and practices. This article presents a methodology, grounded on the study about Communication and Information Technology interface, based on observation, research and analysis, aiming to "excellent communication" by means of "shared expectations".
