Abstract

This article proposes to understand how organizations use storytelling that approach topics on gender diversity, race and LGBT. The transformations in society and the mediatized scenario lead organizations to invest in narratives that value themes related to the social agenda in order to construct a more adequate concept in terms of contemporary demands. For this reflection, this study made a search on YouTube, a bibliographic review about the theme, and content analysis of the web series “Am I beautiful?” (2018), by Avon.
