This article is a contribution to the debate on organizational communication and a reflection on communication lobbying as a new function in contemporary organizations. We believe this function can earn positive results for the organization by demonstrating transparent behaviors with the publics, proposing harmony and understanding as the main objectives to be achieved with all strategic publics, and being open to respond to all grievances and to provide excellent service. This will contribute to demonstrate that the ethical practice of lobbying with government sectors can only enhance the credibility of an organization.Downloads
