The communication process and the sustainable practices in organizations

This article aims at understanding the communication that builds on the meaning of sustainability for individuals of the Alpha organization, an industry of the foods segment. The study was conducted using the theoretical and empirical interpretive line. From the data analysis it was possible to observe the communication processes that permeate the sustainable practices through informational and relational means, manifesting and shaping the organization through information and interaction opportunities, thereby prompting the individual to act.
